Simple question about windows in audition

Can someone kindly help me I work in multitrack sessions and want to see the main editing screen ALONG WITH the mixing window at the same time, not have to toggle. I know I'm missing something I have tried articles and support etc. 

And as a follow up I have a meterr at the bottom that says "Levels" I assume those are input?
