Soundcloud interface

is there a more efficient way of uploading Audition files to Soundcloud than: saving file to hard disk/opening Soundcloud/uploading within Soundcloud?

I understand there was once a direct export capability, but it was removed in 2015 and Adobe said they were exploring alternative interfaces with Soundcloud.

Has there been any progress on this?

I am new to Audition and use it mainly for frequent podcasting.
