Split bwf to mono clips

Hi

Newbie idiot picture editor back again. Is there a way of splitting a bwf multitrack file to mono clips (i.e. so I can noise reduce the individual mics)?

I'm hoping to do noise reduction, export a matching BWF and then relink my 'noisy' file in premiere to my 'cleaner' file from Audition.
