Stereo mix

Hi all, I'm working with Audition CC 2018 on windows 10. My mix is not coming back in stereo and this is a first. Every place I look says it is a stereo mix but it's not, HELP! I have been using Audition for over 10 years.

Can't help - you haven't really given us any clues at all. There's one obvious thing to look at though, and that is whether the 'sum to mono' button on the master channel has been accidentally activated... (between the EQ panel and the automation status indicator)
