strange noise

Hi, friends. there is a problem that I can,t solve. I use a lg all one with hdmi port. This is connected in a cable tv box.

well, I record my audios with a audio technica 2500 usb. with the cable tv connected (but turned off) I get the following track

but if I retire the cable tv from hdmi port, I get that

it puzzles me

What is the LG All-in-one? Is it a monitor or a computer or what? What type of computer are you running Audition on? Is it a laptop by any chance? Laptop power supplies can cause a lot of problems with noise on USB audio interfaces due to ground loops between the different connected devices. If it is laptop does the noise go away if you run it on it's internal batteries rather than from it's external power supply?
