Stretch and Pitch

My previous comment is now added to;  When I go to save an audio file, it now says "stretch and pitch" and it is taking 20 minutes to save a mp3 or wav.  How do I turn off this Stretch and Pitch?

Depends what's causing it. If it's an individual clip causing this, then you can disable it for the clip in the properties box:

Also you can try going to Clip>Stretch>Enable Global Clip Stretching and taking the check out of that, if there is one.
