Some time ago I was browsing through the various effects in the Audition CC 2018 Effects rack. I stumbled across a neat effect that could add a chime to a voice. I'd like to use it, but can't for the life of me remember where it was. I think it had the word fairy or fey in the effect name. Help, please!
After some more searching I found what I was looking for tucked away under Filter and EQ > Notch Filter. Basically, most of the presets toward the bottom of the list apply a subtle musical effect based on the selection's sound levels.
