Suddenly Tracks Not Working

Using dynamic link from PPCC, I have been trying to correct sequences. For the last couple months or so, I have been having issues. Sometimes, when I delete a clip from a track, all other tracks stop producing sound. Or sometimes, it's just a few tracks that stop producing sound when they were just producing sound a moment ago.  It normally happens when I delete some of the original clips imported from Premiere Pro CC 2017.

Please help.

Adobe is updated. Windows 10 Pro, Titan Black, Soundblaster Recon 3Di, i7 5820k processor.
