Syllables' sounds become "tripled" (with screenshot)

Hello, everybody!

I hope someone can help.

I'm recording with Zoom H4N, and almost every syllable in my timeline in Adobe Audition looks and sounds like there are three of them in a row (please see the attached screenshot). I don't think it is the Audition's bug. But I can't understand what's causing it.

How do you think what might be the problem? Is it the Zoom settings? Or my pronunciation?

The thing is, my voice sounds too "explosive" because of this. How could I fix this?

I'm afraid that the screen shot doesn't help. A short sample of what the audio actually sounds like would be far more use.

Thank you for your answer. I will attach an example to this message.

The sample audio is in Russian. It is a very short whispered sample of a story about Louis Caroll, just about 3 sentences. There is a female voice in this sample.

I will describe the problem in more details: for example, sound "K" gets recorded like "KKK", and the voice doesn't sound clear because of that . On the screenshot above there is a half a second long sound "K", which looks like "KKK".

I can easily rectify it manually in Audition but it's just a HUGE amount of work to do it with an audio of 30-40 minutes long as these "tripled" sounds are everywhere in the recording.

One sample is in MP3 format, another one is in WAV (just in case), but it is the same audio.
