Synchronize Cursor Across Windows

I just re-installed AA 3.0.

In edit mode, I know you can synchronize cursor across windows.

I've done it for 20 years.  I can't find how to re-active this feature.  I have tried!

What am I missing?  Do I need to upgrade something?
