Text to Speech - new voices available

Hi,

I have a problem getting the Text to Speech functionality to work. I have added new languages to Windows 11 and chose James (Australia) as Default Voice in Settings/Time & Language /Speech. I have also tried to add ones via Windows Narrator.

Even though they seem to work in Windows, eg in the Narrotir, they will not show up in Effects / Generate / Speech and only the basic US/UK voices are available.

What is going wrong, and how to fix it?
