The track point and sound wave don't come together when record

Hi. I install adobe audition cc 2018. After I get update in 2020,  I can not record audio.

Symptom: When I press Record button then Track1_004_1 become red , the normal is green The sound line is red, the normal is green The track point in time is not come together with the sound input I can't hear sound in level panel after press arm for record Please help me fix it, thank you here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYapnvvlQNM&feature=youtu.be
