The view has changed and I can not edit. How do I fix this?

 I am not sure what happened, but adode now has three different segments on it now and with it being like that I am unable to edit things. It does not allow me to view specific parts of the recording. It only lets me listen from the very beginning of the recording. It also will not let me make any changes. I have uploaded a screenshot of what it looks like. I have tried everything that I know to do but can't seem to fix it.

 

It also is no longer  giving me the option of stereo for the input. Which is what I use to record audio that is playing from my computer from a video. I have been working on trying to fix it since yesterday and cannot figure anything out. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
