There was a problem saving the metadata.
I am encountering an error message in the latest version of Adobe Audition. There aren't actually any problems. Everything works fine, but this error message keeps appearing. I can't find any information about this error message online.
I have Windows 10 fully updated as of this time, and the latest version of Adobe Audition build 13.0.11.38. I'm using a Focuscrite Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interface, and its software and drivers also fully updated.
To reproduce the error I take the following steps:
- Set the audio hardware device to Focusrite USB ASIO. Buffer size 256, sample rate 48k.
- Create a new multi-track session
- Assign the input on track 1 to mono input [01M] or [02M].
- Press R on Track 1 so I can record to track 1.
- Press the red record button.
- Record audio for awhile. I'm not sure exactly how long the recording has to be to get the error, but the error does not appear on short recordings.
- Press stop to stop the recording.
As soon as I press stop to stop recording, the following error message appears on top of track 1.
"There was a problem saving the metadata." Here is a screenshot of just the error message.

If I press OK, the error goes away. There don't actually appear to be any problems with the recording. Everything is working fine. This error message just appears once when I stop recording, and that's it. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this. Thanks.
