Third track not showing up in Multitrack Session

Hello,

This happened twice already when I was in my multitrack session. This is after the current updates. I am putting together my podcast and the third track, which is Background music doesn't load or show up at all. I do get the first and second tracks to load just fine, but not the third one. What is going on and how do I fix this? This never happened before the latest updates.
