time/pitch stretch missing (adobe audition 3.0)

Hello! I installed izotope ozone 8 and everything went well, but the time / pitch stretch effect disappeared. How can I get it back? I know that when you install the ozone, change settings in the plugin manager

You can do this

Refer attached and note that in Au3 you need to unlock the clip

Also you could also go to Window > Effects (Alt + 4) and display the list of effects

You could then choose Time and Pitch

thanks but not appear the option "stretch and pitch"... look the snapshot

That option is only available in edit/waveform view

Double click the clip and go to Effects
