Timed Recording Mode issue

When trying to do a timed recording, I get this error: "Year is out of valid range: 1400..9999".
Anyone else experience this? How do I solve it?

What sort of installation is this? Works fine here on a PC. You will have to provide more information - screenshots of the error, and the exact steps you took would help. And when in the process does this happen? When you are setting it up, or when the actual recording is supposed to start?

It happens when I If I have no file open, and press the record button, the "New Audio File" dialogue pops open, and when clicking "OK" to that, a new audio file is opened and the error message appears. If I do have an audio file open (blank or not), and press record, the error message appears immediately.
I'm on Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.

Assuming that the date is set correctly in your Mac, then there appears to be a disconnect between what you've set as a recording start time and your computer's clock. Because this appears to be Mac-specific, it would be good to find out from another Mac user whether it happens for them as well. Any takers?
