Hello!

Audition 1.5 have tool "move sample by finger". Where similar tool in Au 2017?

    The 'drag a sample' tool has not existed in Audition since Audition 3. But if you highlight a single sample in the current release, you can modify its value using the on-screen HUD. If this is not sufficient for your purposes, then you will have to submit a feature request - but I have to tell you that the return of this feature has been requested before, and it hasn't happened...
