Track effects not being applied during mixdown

When I am mixdown my session, my track effects, most notably the master track effects, are not being applied during mixdown

    On the current release, on a PC, they work fine here. Which version are you using? Mac or PC? What effects in particular? Can you describe the exact process you are going though, because otherwise we will not be able to diagnose where this is going wrong for you.
