Transfer mixer parameters between sessions

I have split a recording session into two parts of which  I have found a set of Parameters (fader positions, Effects in the Rack, 5.1 channel assignments) that I would like to apply to session part 2 as well of reasons of continuity for thes from both sessions. Is there a way to accomplish this? I am using AU CC2019.

There is a way of doing this, but it's a little convoluted, although not too bad...

When you're happy with the settings, save your session, and then take all of the files out of it. Now go to File>Export>Session as template, and you will be able to save everything else about the session, including mixer settings, etc and the content of any racks. When you start your next session, use that template.

Thanks for your suggestion. The procedure for using current settings as template for subsequent recording sessions is ongoing practice in my operations. However:

What to do if the other session(s) already exist and I need to use exact the same settings also for these (previously recorded) sessions?

It is just a thought but you could do as SteveG suggests and then combine the previously recorded session with the 'template' session using one of my utilities - it might be worth a try.

Note that this is not an 'addon' but rather a standalone utility
