Trying to install Adobe Audition 3.0 for a Dell Inspiron 15 7567

I'm trying to install Adobe Audition 3.0 onto a  Dell Inspiron 15 7567. 
Runs Windows 10 with 8gb Ram and 300+ GB of storage avaialable.  It isn't working and it just won't launch.   Is there anything you can do to help me out?

The one thing we've discovered is that some W10 installations really don't like Au3 very much - and it varies; you can never tell which ones they are going to be. You could try running it in Administrator mode, apart from that, there's not much else to try, I'm afraid. The only other reason that it definitely wouldn't run is if it had been on the machine before...
