TTS coming coming out in low demonic tones

I've installed a purchased voice from cereproc.com, however when I try and add any text using it's voice it gives me back a really deep sounding voice. System voices are working fine and the Cereproc voice works fine when i'm using it on my computer. Something happens as I'm trying to work it with Audition, any guesses as to what it may be?
