Two of my Multitrack's suddenly stop making sound

So Im making a podcast and I noticed about 30 or 40 minutes in one of the tracks just stopped making sound. If I solo it and listen to the waveform it sounds perfect, but when I go back to all 4 it is muted. This happened to another track around the 50 minute mark. Tried muting and unmuting with no effect
