Uber Mic not working and playback is glitchy/choppy

My uber mic is not working in audtion I can't get it to record. 

I have all of the audio hardware settings correct, and I've made sure the input/output settings are the same in my Microsoft settings. 

When I do play audio back the audio is super glitchy/choppy/laggy.

Any help is appreciated before I lose my mind.
