Unable to access my account

Hello,

I have a paid Audition license since last year, but since the last two weeks every time I try to enter the studio, I get a message sayin that the trial has expired and that I need to buy the license. I cannot find out how to retrieve my account information.

Often the answer to this is to check your CC app for updates - updating the app itself often unlocks everything again. If that doesn't work, you have to contact Adobe directly.
