Unable to view creation date

Hi,
I would like to be able to see the creation date of files i have opened in Audition. But in the menu 'Metadata >  XMP > Basic' the field next to 'Creation Date' doesn't show anything, nor can i find this anywhere else.
(The dates shown in the screendump - 16 March 2023...- are not the creation date, but the moment the file openend in Audition).
Anyone knows how/where to find it?

This has been commented on before, and there appears to be no resolution that I'm aware of. There's a thread about this here but a search around the internet reveals that this is quite a common problem, and not just with audio files. There's probably a good reason for this - the creator tool doesn't show as available either. And that's a bit odd, because I'm sure it used to, certainly back in the days of Cool Edit.

This has been commented on before, and there appears to be no resolution that I'm aware of. There's a thread about this here but a search around the internet reveals that this is quite a common problem, and not just with audio files. There's probably a good reason for this - the creator tool doesn't show as available either. And that's a bit odd, because I'm sure it used to, certainly back in the days of Cool Edit.
