Unexpected Charge!!

I've been paying $21 a month for Audition for more than 4 years now!  WHY, when all I've tried to do is update to the latest version, am I suddenly NOW having to pay another $9.99 a month for Creative Cloud?  I'm NOT happy!!

Oh, and when the computer restarted last week, Audition removed the computer's RealTek speakers as an input!!  There's NO indication as to how to re-install that input, and no way to record any sound other than my voice through my FocusRite box!!  This is NOT worth now $31 a month!!

We can't comment about the subscription changes - not our department. The information you need to set inputs and outputs correctly is here. As far as I'm aware, you can't have RealTek speakers as an input, as they are clearly an output routing. We can't really tell you any more than that, as you haven't indicated, in your fury, whether you're running a Mac or a PC...
