Universal Production Music Extension with Audition?

I have found the Universal Production Music Extension which sounds like a great idea- to have a window within Audition to directly search and download music from our account there. At one point I was able to download it and it functioned to the point of downloading the file, but would stop before the download began. Now I cannot even install it, having just migrated to a new machine. 

Can anyone offer some help to make this potentially great tool function?
