Up to date shortcuts

All those are currently working OK with UK keyboards AFAIAA. But it is better to check the actual assignments in Edit/Keyboard Shortcuts since they may have been changed from the printed list and also may be different depending on which version of Audition that you are using. If something different like screen rotations are happening then something in Windows is intercepting the key calls before they get to Audition. It could be a fault on your keyboard or something like a stuck Function key on the laptop since they are often used to change Windows functions on a laptop.
