Urgent question after crash

Hello,

My previous computer crashed. I have another one at work but for work I need one at home. Because of the crash of my laptop I bought a new one. I'm aware of the fact that I can install audition in 2 PC's. When I downloaded audition (2022 version) on my new laptop, via my account, I presumed that audition would ask me to cancel the download on my crashed laptop. But it didn't. It just downloaded audition. But when I try to edit, the sound is very bad. Pieces of the recordings are even not listenable. When I export the project in mp3 or Wav the sound is perfect. Is this problem caused by the fact that I have three accounts now? I would be so happy if this can be solved because of a very tight schedule and an urgent deadline. Please, help...

No, whatever it is isn't caused by having three accounts - it's more likely to be because something like the audio buffer size is too low in your hardware settings; that could easily give you exports that are fine (no buffer used) but quite bad break-ups whilst monitoring.
