USB Conflict?

I use an Allen & Heath XB14-2 and connect to my Dell XPS Desktop computer via a USB interface. IT had been working absolutely fine for many months, and recently I upgraded to the latest version of Audition and as best that I can tell it was at that point that I began to experience problems.

When I broadcast, I run both Audition (as a recording software) and another program called RadioDJ (which serves as my player). Since the upgrade, I am experiencing USB connection failures - all audio transfers between the PC and the board stop (recording and playback). At that point, I have to unplug and re-plug the USB connection, re-start the RadioDJ software and re-configure the Audition I/O and resume. Clearly, that causes many problems.....

I am looking for some guidance....

    Hi jvj-BeyondReality Radio,

    I am sorry for the delayed response. It might be an issue with compatibility. Have you tried to update the drivers of Allen & Heath XV14-2 & update RadioDJ, if there are any?
