Video is asynchronously

• Hey. I bought a new Hard Drive and needed to reinstall Audition. But since then i have the problem that the Video preview is asynchronously everytime. If i start it, the Sound works perfect but the Video starts lagging over and over again (even with the lowest quality). I also have the problem that if i want to pause it, the video is still playing (but laggy) while the sound already stopped. It's even worse if i want to revord smth. I even tried it with older projects, which worked flawless back then. My hard drive also has no problems. This kinda makes cutting and editing impossible 😕😕 Do you maybe know a solution?

I was able to temporarely fix it by changing the settings of my audio device and by starting it as an admin, but after i restarted it, it became asynchronous again and i cant do anything against it 😞
