Vocal spectrum analysis and API (possibly REST)

Hi, i need to know if Adobe Vocal Spectrum allow to get vocal spectrum of a voice (audio file or real time voice as input) and, moreover, provide API (possibly REST) to work with the results.

I'm afraid that you're going to have to explain this in something other than acronyms... And there's nothing referred to as Adobe Vocal Spectrum either.

It would help a lot if you could just explain what it is that you want to do - makes it a lot easier to come up with an answer!
