Voice Over Editing Workflow

A common task I deal with in production is exporting individual sound files from one long voice over. So I have one long voice over wav file and I go through section by section, along with a script, marking each one in Audition that then gets exported out as a smaller wav. Is there any way to automatically detect these sections say, using some sort of closed captioning software or something? Thanks!
