Volume envelopes on one track disappear if you ripple delete in another track

The screenshot upload tool doesn't seem to be working either, on Chrome on Windows 7 and Chrome and Safari on a Mac. I called support and they told me they needed to screenshare in order to believe me that the bug is real. I work in a secure environment so that's not going to happen. Pretty disappointing service all around

I had to log in to see this thread, log in to try the screenshot thing every time, then log in again to post this reply. How Jive tricked so many big companies into using their software I will never know

It's been months since my original post and a week since this one. This obvious bug seems to have been present for even longer.

Glad to see the forum is now breaking and asking me to sign in every time I navigate to a new page

As in a lot of the other recent threads here you, like many others unfortunately, have omitted to tell us important information such as which version of Audition you are using and on what operating system?  These are very important if anyone is to try and replicate your problem.
