VST Box size

I looked at the internet and tried a couple of proposed solutions but nothing worked for me. The VST3 boxes open for a split second with their appropriate size but get overwritten by Audition with a window format from the biggest VST plugin I have. Where can I change that?

In which user\appdata\roaming\adobe\Audition \25.0  *.XML setting can I change that?
I guess it will be Application Settings but which line should get changed?
