VST3 PLUGIN NOT WORKING BUT VST2 IS!!!!

I attached a video of the issue I'm having...

 

I just purchased the Tube-Tech Cl1B MKII & Classic Channel Plugins. I can't hear any audio when I select the plugins from the VST3 folder but when I select from VST folder I hear audio. The VST3 plugins shows and loads up, just can't hear any audio.
