Waveform Malfunction and Crash

I too have the waveform display problems mentioned, mine taking place in audition 2017. (Never had 'em in earlier editions) And I have been having a lot of crash issues as well. I work with AA on the left side of screen and the script from which I am reading on the right. If I punch in and do retakes, 50% of the time AA crashes. I wonder if these 2 issues are related. AS I said these are new. They never happened in previous editions.

    It appears to have something to do with RAM cram. I work with a lot of browser windows and word documents open at once. Using only the minimum amount, lessen the frequency of the crashes, but doesn't eliminate them. Nit enough data to see if the crashes are related to the previously documented waveform problem. BTW. My system is 64 with 8GB RAM
