Waveform view has changed to some sort of Hybrid L/R- want the old view back

Up until today, when am viewing my wavefrom, the right and left view were both visible at the same time with the small R button to the right of the right wave a small L button to the right of the left wave. Suddenly, I have some hybrid view where there is only one wave shown with the L and R button to the right. I can see both the right and left tracks in a tiny long and thenk window above this hybrid mode. I would like the old mode back!
