Waves Plugin won't load into fx rack

I cannot load Waves plugins into the fx rack of Audition. This is on a Dell laptop with Windows 10. When I scanned the plugins, it gave me an error message saying something about Python 39. The plugins show up in my list but they will not load. Please help.

That thread you suggested wasn't particularly helpful.  I do have a screenshot of the error, though.  See attachment.

Somebody has set a group policy in the registry on your machine preventing the .dll from running. If this is a work machine, you need to ask your IT dept to remove the policy. If it isn't, then depending upon which version of Windows you are using, you'll need to find the policy editor and remove the restriction.
