WAVES VST plugins sounding different on mix down compared to multitrack

A few months a ago i noticed that my mixdowns were sounded differnt (less processed) compared to listening in the mutitrack. I'm unsing latest version of Adobe CC and the latest version of WAVES Gold.

So bassically i'll perfectly compress, eq, limit VOs with music in multitrack, then when i mixdown the track, it almost sounds like i've turned down the wet slider to about 75% leaving 25% dry FX. The only way around it is to over process the voice and then it sounds how it should do in the mixdown.

my bit rates are all the same and matching (48k 16bit). I've tried everything but can't seem to resolve it. Has anyone else had this problem?
