Weird stuttering sounds when sending track to a bus post-fader

As the subject suggests, I experience weird subtle sounds that sound like a staticky stutter that add up when I do parallel processing. This doesn't happen pre-fader so I am wondering what's the problem. Does anybody experience this issue? CS6 never had this but I have it in CC 2020.
