when i record i can't edit it

Question

how can i fix that when i record my voice i can't use any tool except the time selection tool i want to edut it and record more
and i want to cut some parts of it and if i did this i can't put another sound in its place wut should i do

May I suggest that you start by watching some of the tutorials - that's what they are for, and they will guide you through the basic processes. They are here. The reason that some tools are greyed out is because you can't use them in the mode you are in - that's the way it is intended to be. Watch the videos, and learn what the essential differences between Multitrack and Waveform views are - without that you won't get far at all.
