Where do i put in the Key in for instrumental? N beat Tempo?

I been looking high n low lol not sure if adobe have the option to put the tempo for the beat in or the key for the best. Any suggestions

You have to bear in mind that Audition is an audio editing package, and not ideally suited to music creation. You can set a tempo in Edit>Preferences>Time Display, but there's nowhere you can set a key - simply because there's no need to. For the recording of acoustic music, Audition is key-agnostic.
