WHY DO THE FAKE VOICES IN ADOBE AUDITION SOUND AS ROBOTIC AS THEY DID 6 YEARS AGO?

Firstly, you are SHOUTING. Please don't - it isn't easy to read.

Secondly, none of the voices available are from Adobe - they are all embedded into your operating system by either Microsoft or Apple. Other voices are available - you have to download them yourself and install them. All Audition does is give you access to those voices. So you are correct; nobody at Adobe cares about them in the slightest, otherwise they would have created a better system. Which brings me to...

Thirdly, Adobe's legal department has prevented any attempt (there has only been one) by Adobe to produce voice cloning software.  Quite correctly, as they consider that software that would do this could leave them open to massive 'passing off' claims. You might point out that other smaller companies seem to get away with it, and so far they seem to have, I think - but the important point is that they are not companies the size of Adobe and therefore are not worth going after.
