Why Image-Line VST Fxs not working 100% in AA CC 2019?

I just bought the Juice pack effects to use with adobe audition CC 2019 (VST) they're registered and working almost fine, when I apply any of the effects in this pack EQ, Delay, Love philter etc to an audio clip (not using it in real time but applied just to that clip), the first 0.195 second of the audio clip doesn't take the effect, sounds to me like the effects have some kind of delayed response or a fade in response
for testing purposes I added 1 second of silence to the start of a file and the processing worked fine but what about when I need to apply an effect in the middle of a dialog and I can't cut the file? I need to be able to process only the selected part of the file.
Please advise in how to fix this issue.

I assume this is a feature that applies it to the sample in a frozen state instead of real time.
Most likely it doesn't wait for the plugins to be loaded before adding them onto the file or similar.

I am unfamiliar with how Adobe Audition handles this.
It might be an issue with the plugins being reset on transport or variable sized buffers even.

I've had a look around and read the manual section about pre-rendering tracks, but there doesn't seem any option for it.

If possible, see if you can contact Adobe Support about this.
I would assume there would be options to compensate for this, but it's not really possible for us to address I would assume.

If necessary I'll have to ask for a license of Audition to test this myself.

Will do, I think is an adobe audition issue, I tried the same with Sony's sound forge Pro 10 and works fine 100%
