Why is my audio track cut off?

it's as if it had an invisible ruler, limiting the peak of the audio. it does not go beyond this barrier.
How do I correct this monstrosity?

Is this a recording situation where the level won't go above about -3dB? If it is, then there simply isn't enough signal getting to Audition from your sound device. We'd need to know more about your system before suggesting what you might be able to do to correct this.

its is impossible a signal be so linear and perfect.

I am using a behringer interface.

Not if there has been either analogue or digital clipping of the signal or a limiter has been applied before the signal reaches Audition. What driver have you got selected to use in Audition? If Behringer supply an ASIO driver for your interface it would be better to use that to bypass any influence that Windows audio drivers could have.
