Why the recorded sound is cramp in multi track but good in edit view...

While recording in multi track view.... The recorded sound is cramp.... But while recording playback is good....

But recording in edit view is good..... Why?

    Possibly because you've got the mixer faders pushed up too high? Show us a screen-grab of your mixer settings.
