Yes i ran in to this on Audtion and Phtoto shop has anyone else ran in to this well I found a Fix please scroll on top recent Picture. that picture on top will show you.

If it just freezes like that, then there's some process or other taken over your PC temporarily. No need to be afraid to use it, but if it keeps happening, you may need to get somebody to find out why...

but i do not know who to find to help me on this I tried to unstall it and the smae thing happens

to Phtoshop if i cant find what is cuasing I do not know who look for who can help me on this issue

The other thing that occurred to me is that a box like this sometimes appears when your Creative Cloud app isn't running, and sometimes also when it hasn't been updated. Try refreshing that and see if it still happens.
