I tried downloading Audition CC, but when the Creative Cloud app opened up it said Audition CS6. Any way to make sure I get the app I'm wanting?

Well, on the CC Desktop app, there are drop down menus that can show "previous versions" or "all versions".  It might be worth checking that you don't have one of those accidentally checked.

Failing that though, if you've paid for your CC subscription, I fear you'll need to contact Adobe's Customer Service office for your country.  Being a user to user forum, we don't have access to you subscription details and can't manually fix things if there's an error.

One thing you might need to do is to make sure that the CC app itself is up to date. If it isn't, strange stuff happens...
